Add blackberries to the bottom of your cocktail glass.
Drop in the mint leaves.
Squeeze the juice from 1/2 a lime into the bottom of the glass.
Add in the simple syrup.
Muddle the ingredients together until the blackberries are completely broken and the mint leaves are fragrant.
Pour in the 2 oz of coconut rum.
Stir the ingredients together until mixed well.
Top the cocktail glass with the Blackberry Mandarian Sparkling Water.
Optional: Add garnish to the top of your glass.
